Locate in north of China, along the busy shipping lines, our shipyard offer a full range of ship repair & maintenance services and ship reconstruction & building services to clients from all over the world.

Scope of Business

We have undertook the ship repairing, ship reconstruction and ship building jobs for a variety of tankers, chemicals vessels, bulk carriers, containers, Ro-Ro vessels, LPG vessels, LNG vessels, oil drilling platform and engineering vessels etc. The shipyard’s business scope is all over Asia, Europe, America, Africa and so on, more than 20 countries and regions.

Human Resources& Certification System

278 staff, including 84 technician engineers and management staff.

The shipyard has passed the quality management system certification of ISO 9001 and also passed the classification society certification of CCS, DNV, with strong technology and production capacity.

Workshop

10 functional management department, together with 4 workshops, respectively hull workshop, M&E workshop, painting workshop, and docking service workshop.

Shoreline Conditions

Occupies 80,000㎡, and berth shoreline is 3950 meters long. With 10 conventional berths, including two 300,000T berths. Owns one 170,000T dry dock, one 80,000T dry dock and 5 mechanical shipways.

Equipment

Equipped with comprehensive lifting transportation ,welding and machining facilities, the shipyard owns 1 set of 300T floating crane, 2 tugs of 2400HP, 1 tug of 4000HP, 3 sets of tower cranes of 25T and 40T, 1 set of CNC plasma cutting machine, 1 set of steel plate pretreatment line, 620m³ compressed air room, 20 sets of moving air compressor, 1 set of 12m long machining lathe with diameter 1.6, and 1 set of digital floor-type milling the boring machine.
